Return Policy
We offer 30 day refunds and exchanges on all of our products, except for custom units. Custom units are only eligible for exchange.

Refund Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your payment if the item is returned in its original condition within 30 days.
Only if in original condition ! “Original condition" means that the item has not been altered, washed, or used in any way. Additionally, bundles must not be unraveled to be eligible for a full refund. Wigs, closures, and frontals must have the lace and any straps intact (the lace has not been cut or colored, and the straps have not been removed).
We recommend that you confirm that you have received the correct texture, length, and other features before unwrapping and installing your hair. This will help ensure that your purchase is eligible for a full refund .

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: processing time and shipping time.

Processing time: 0-2 days. Fulfilled: Mon -Sat
We do not process on Sundays or holidays. Processing time is NOT included in the shipping time. Please plan accordingly.

Attention: although we try to ship your hair to you as fast as possible, please don’t order hair less than 48 hours before you need it! It's always better to give yourself at least a 2 week notice before you need it to avoid any unforeseen circumstances that may delay delivery.

Shipping Fee vary on location. Shipping is free for orders over $75. Shipping prices may vary depending on out of country fees.

Please Notice:
We don't process orders on Sunday, because shipping companies all do not work on Sunday.
